The submitted forms will only be read during office hours. The forms will not be read on the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or on bank holidays. They will be read Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 6.00pm. Please contact 111 during out of hours or 999 if this is an emergency.

Serving You

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.

This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.

Accessibility

For patients with particular needs, we have wheelchair access, a lift to all floors, adapted toilets, baby changing and breastfeeding facilities. We provide disabled parking spaces within the staff car park and patients are also permitted to use the shared car park at the side of the community centre.
